Our specialist team can represent you in a Police Interview Under Caution with the aim of putting you in the most favourable position from the outset of the case. Indeed, in many cases, following our advice to client as to how best to deal with the interview or following our representations to the Police following interview, no further action is taken.
We will provide you with the legal support that you need through each stage of your case. We can enter into negotiations with the police or prosecuting body and attend court to defend you and make appropriate submissions to avoid conviction or disqualification. As Solicitors and Solicitor Advocates, we can represent clients in both the Magistrate’s and Crown Courts. In appropriate cases and where it is in your best interests, we will instruct a barrister or QC to conduct the advocacy on your behalf.
