About

Hannah trained in a regional firm in north Wales before moving to Liverpool to work in a well-regarded team ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Hannah can assist her clients in a broad range of private family law issues, including:

  • complex and high net worth financial matters involving businesses and pensions, whether by negotiation, nuptial agreements or litigation if necessary
  • children matters such as regulating living and contact arrangements, international relocation matters (both temporary and permanent) and prohibited steps orders
  • surrogacy matters including preliminary advice and applying for and obtaining parental orders
  • injunctions such as non-molestation and occupation orders

Hannah is a member of Resolution and is therefore committed to resolving cases amicably outside of Court if possible.  However, she will fight her clients’ corner in Court if that becomes necessary.

Additionally, she prides herself on her no nonsense yet sensitive approach.  She will always work exceptionally hard to secure her clients the best possible outcome in their circumstances and will endeavour to provide them with a clear understanding of the law and process from the outset of their case.

Outside of work, Hannah doesn’t have much spare time owing to her young son who keeps her busy.  However, when he’s not at home you can find her at the gym or at a local bar or restaurant!
