Victoria Proctor is a Consultant Solicitor with over 20 years of experience specialising in residential and commercial property law. She advises homeowners, investors, developers, landlords, lenders and businesses on a wide range of property transactions, from straightforward sales and purchases to complex development projects, secured lending and corporate property matters.
Known for her approachable and down-to-earth style, Victoria believes legal advice should be practical, responsive and easy to understand. She understands that property transactions can often feel overwhelming, so she focuses on making the process as straightforward as possible while ensuring her clients feel supported every step of the way.
A large proportion of Victoria’s work comes from repeat clients and personal recommendations, something she is incredibly proud of and which reflects the relationships she has built throughout her career. She believes clients should always be able to pick up the phone and speak directly to the person handling their matter. Good communication, practical advice and building lasting relationships are at the heart of everything she does.
Victoria has particular expertise in commercial acquisitions and disposals, development work, title splits, bridging and development finance, refinancing, auctions, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending and high-value residential conveyancing. She regularly works alongside brokers, accountants, surveyors and other professionals to help transactions progress efficiently and achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Prior to joining Astrea Linskills, Victoria held senior positions including Director, Head of Commercial Property and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). Alongside managing a complex caseload, she successfully built and led commercial property departments, mentored junior lawyers and developed long-standing professional relationships across the property industry.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active and continuing to build the trusted relationships that have been the foundation of her career.
