About 

Eve is a Solicitor and Higher Court Advocate, who represents family law clients here at Astraea Linskills. Her expertise enable her to advise on family law matters as well as support and represent in Court.  

Eve has extensive experience within domestic abuse matters and has appeared in Courts across the North-West advocating for vulnerable clients. Since her appointment, Eve has obtained countless emergency non-molestation orders and occupation orders for clients. Eve can represent Applicants or Respondents in these matters and uses her knowledge accordingly to advise.  

In addition, Eve also advises clients in care proceedings which often includes issues of substance misused, abuse and neglect. Eve also supports private children matters such as child arrangements and enforcement.  

Passionate about access to justice, Eve has previously volunteered with the Liverpool Law Clinic and remains involved within the local community; having previously fundraised for local domestic abuse charities in Merseyside.  

In her spare time Eve is a Social Representative on the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division Committee and plays netball for her local team.
