Kendra is routinely instructed in relation to financial proceedings arising out of divorce, often acting on behalf of high-net-worth individuals. She is also particularly adept at dealing with matters where there are substantial pension and business assets.

Kendra has extensive experience dealing with complex children’s law matters for private individuals and the local authority. She also represents parties in children and divorce cases where domestic and substance abuse elements are present.

Her past cases have involved issues in the United States, Europe, Africa and Asia. These included allegations of emotional, physical, psychological and/or sexual abuse, cultural and religious issues, and mental health issues. These have also involved intractable contact disputes.
